Cutting stability test method

In order to ensure the stability of equipment during batch processing and the stability of processed product quality, stability tests are required before formal batch processing.

Testing method:

①Adjust the stainless steel cutting parameters to ensure that the cutting surface is free of slag and no delamination;

②Continuously cut for 5-10 minutes at full power to check whether the cutting surface is consistent;

③If there are problems such as gradual increase of dross, blue light after cutting for a period of time, and the sheet cannot be cut, it means that the cutting focus is shifted. It is necessary to check the cutting head lens (the lens is dirty/poor lens quality has thermal lens problem) and the focus position.
